How do I download a credential or group of credentials?

Digit.ink offers a streamlined process to download credentials, whether it's for archiving, sharing, or printing. Follow these steps:

For a single credential:

• Go to the URL of the credential you wish to download.

• Click the “Download” button or icon situated in the top right.

• Choose your preferred format from the options: image, PDF, or JSON data.

For multiple credentials:

• Go to the “Credentials” section within the Digit.ink app.

• Click on the batch containing the credentials you want to download.

• Use the checkboxes next to each credential to select the ones you need. If you wish to download all, simply click the checkbox at the top right of the credentials list panel.

• Press the download icon.

• Now, you can opt between various download choices:

  • PDF

  • Images

  • Spreadsheet with credential links

  • QR codes
