How do I find an issued credential?

Looking for a specific issued credential? Follow these steps to locate it:


  1. Access Digit.ink: Log in to your Digit.ink account.

  2. Go to the Credentials View: On the left navigation pane, click the “Credentials” tab.

  3. View Issued Batches: You'll see a list of your issued batches. Use the sorting options (by title, date, recipient count, or type) to make finding easier. Scroll if necessary to locate the desired batch.



  1. Select the Batch: Clicking the batch to see its credentials in the panel on the right. As with batches, you can sort credentials by name, email, or status to make finding them easier.




  1. Locate the Credential: Scroll through the list, and when you find your credential, you can:

– View its details

– Select it for further actions like downloading, revoking, or deleting

– Click to view in-depth information, including:

  • Version: Technical format name

  • Type: Feature-set name

  • JSON URL: Direct link to the credential data

  • UUID: Unique Identifier

  • Issuer URI: Your account's unique link

  • Status: Active, expired, or revoked state

  • Password: If applicable

  • Valid From: Issue date

  • Valid Until: Expiry date


By following these steps, you should be able to effortlessly locate and manage your issued credentials within Digit.ink.
